Dua Lipa is giving Jennifer Lopez a run for her money as the celebrity with Hollywood’s most-wanted bag collection. The Grammy winner has already proved her purse prowess with a slate of street-style appearances bolstered by her trusty Hermès Birkin (which she carries stuffed to the brim, as Jane Birkin would’ve wanted). Now, Lipa is back on the street and ready to reintroduce a fan favorite.

While out and about in New York City on Wednesday, the singer made a statement by toting around her Gucci horsebit chain bag, a coveted piece for It girls in the States and across the pond. 

Lipa carried an edgy metallic silver iteration of the horsebit chain bag, which helped bring an unexpected pop to the rest of her monochromatic ensemble. 

Indeed, she opted for muted grays and moody blacks via a dark denim jacket, a maxi skirt with a thigh-high leg slit, sheer tights, and leather knee-high boots with a sharp pointed toe.

She continued the silver theme with her choice of jewelry—most notably, a flashy pair of ringed hoop earrings—and finished the look off with rectangular black shades.

Lipa, who is poised to release her third studio album, Radical Optimism, next month, has previously sported her Gucci horsebit chain bag during another outing in London last fall.

 At the time, she styled the statement accessory with more color: glossy blood-red leather pants, a bedazzled white tank top, a speckled greige coat, and white pumps.
