Out of 108 contestants from around the world, four have advanced to the grand finale of the 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant, held at the Trident Hotel in Hyderabad, India.

Final Results:

Europe: Yasmin Gerhardt – Ireland

Africa: Salma Kamanya – Namibia

Asia & Oceania: Nandini Gupta – India

The Americas & Caribbean: Aurélie Joachim – Martinique

The continental runners-up included Karen Jansen (Belgium), Fatoumata Koulibaly (Côte d'Ivoire), Sami Ani (New Zealand), and Valeria Canave (Venezuela), according to "Miss World".

The event also honored winners of the World Designer Award, recognizing fashion designers who excelled in creating evening gowns for the contestants:
