UAE Ambassador to Belgium Discusses Strengthening Relations with Wallonia's Prime Minister

Mohammed Al Sahlawi, UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the European Union, met with Adrien Dolimont, Prime Minister of the Walloon Region, at the Élysette in Namur, the region’s capital.

During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, along with their best wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of Wallonia.

The ambassador congratulated Adrien Dolimont on his appointment as Prime Minister, expressing his sincere wishes for success in his new role.

In return, Prime Minister Dolimont conveyed his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, and extended his best wishes to the UAE government and people for further growth and development.

The meeting explored ways to enhance bilateral relations between the UAE and the Walloon Region in areas such as trade, economic development, sustainability, innovation, and cultural exchange.

Both parties affirmed their mutual commitment to strengthening cooperation in ways that serve shared interests.
