Qatar funds the Lebanese Hezbollah terror


According to an investigation by the prestigious German political newspaper Die Zeit, Qatar funds Lebanese Hezbollah through a well-known charitable organization and with the knowledge of its government officials.  "The world of secret services, clients and the activities associated with them is usually hidden from the public," the newspaper said in its investigation.

She added, "This is the situation at the present time ... and between Berlin and Doha, a major issue related to money, the arms trade and terrorism is unfolding."  She pointed out that "the story revolves around Jason J (the first letter of his second name), a contractor who also works as a secret agent and has worked for many security services and intelligence agencies, and has carried out missions in many countries of the world, including Qatar."  "Qatar, the small emirate preparing to stage the World Cup in two years, is known to be an incredibly active player in the shadow world for clandestine services and activities, and supports extremist organizations," the newspaper added.

And she noted that "in Doha, Jason obtained some serious information, the first of which was about an arms deal for a number of weapons from Eastern Europe conducted by a Qatari company."
