A new achievement by UAE as it ranked the first in the arab world and The 22nd globally on the pension index for the first time according to the American Mercer Institute released the results!
The Mercer Global Retirement Index is a comprehensive study of pension systems around the world, which comprise nearly two-thirds (65%) of the world’s population.
The index compares pension systems around the world, highlighting some of the shortcomings in each system, while at the same time suggesting areas for possible reform that provide more adequate and sustainable retirement benefits. In the study also, the UAE retirement income system was compared with its counterparts around the world through three main indicators: efficiency, sustainability and integrity.
