Abdullah bin Zayed and Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Discuss Regional Developments
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met today with Maxime Prévot, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium.
His Highness welcomed the Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. During the meeting, held in Abu Dhabi, they discussed bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Belgium, and explored ways to enhance joint cooperation across various fields, including economic, trade, and investment sectors, among others that support the development priorities of both nations.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan emphasized that the UAE places great importance on fostering positive and fruitful cooperation with Belgium, in a way that promotes growth and prosperity for both countries and their peoples.
The two sides also discussed the overall developments in the region, as well as regional and international updates, exchanging views on these matters.
The meeting was attended by Mohamed Al Sahlawi, the UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the European Union.
