The Abu Dhabi Sports Council announced the signing of a Musataha contract with Abdul Hamid Al Khouri Real Estate Investment Company to establish and operate a community sports center in the Al Mushrif area for a period of 32 years, including two years for the development period and 30 years for operation.
The project comes as part of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi’s efforts to enhance sports infrastructure and provide integrated facilities that support members of the community and enable different groups to practice sports.
The project is located on a 3,000 square meter plot of land and aims to provide an integrated sports experience through modern facilities designed according to the latest international specifications and standards.
The project is in line with the emirate’s directions to enhance quality of life and provide a healthy and safe environment that encourages members of society to practice sports and physical activity on a regular basis.
It includes an integrated sports center serving men and women, and features two separate fitness clubs, padel courts, a multi-purpose indoor gym, in addition to service and commercial facilities to serve the center's visitors
