Fujairah Fine Arts Academy organizes a concert

The Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts organized the "Al-Farabi Night" concert at the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Theater, with the participation of law department students led by Alaa Al-Abdullah and the attendance of a number of people interested in arts and music.

Ali Obaid Al Hafiti, Director General of the Academy, said that music is not just sounds, but the language of the soul and a bridge of civilizations, explaining that the specialization of the qanun instrument at the Fujairah Academy represents the preservation of an authentic melodic root and the safeguarding of a musical identity that does not die. He added that this night was a bright milestone in the journey of art in the emirate.

Al-Hafiti thanked His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah and Chairman of the Academy’s Board of Trustees, for his continued support of the arts, and expressed his gratitude to Alaa Al-Abdullah and all the musicians, and appreciated the presence of the audience, whom he described as “the spirit of the night.”

The ceremony, which was well-received by the attendees, concluded with the honoring of the participating students.
