The opening of the borders between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, where Qatar would initiate goodwill.

Qatar welcomed the choice of Saudi Arabia to reopen its borders to pilgrims. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the small emirate, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, affirmed that “the government of Qatar welcomes the decision, adding that the initial Saudi decision to close the borders was a political decision because it was a decision to reopen.

Whereas, 50 Qatari travelers entered Riyadh last week after the authorities reopened the borders. The Saudi leadership also confirmed that Saudi Airlines will send special planes to Doha Airport to "bring all Qatari pilgrims at his expense," according to Al Arabiya. It is the first such corridor since Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries began a blockade of Qatar in June for its support for terrorist groups, including ISIS and Al Qaeda. According to a number of reports, the Saudi monarch's decision came after Qatar expelled the Muslim Brotherhood leaders from its territory.

The head of the International Muslim Brotherhood has previously said that many of the group's members, known for their support of terrorism worldwide, and who were expelled from Qatar last month, made their way to Malaysia or Turkey. The leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood who were expelled by Doha to reconcile with Riyadh actually obtained visas or residency permits in Malaysia, making their life or residency there easy.
