A map published showed the extension of Turkish influence by 2050

Tweeters shared a video clip from the private Turkish channel TGRT, about a hypothetical map of Turkey's influence by 2050, which sparked widespread reactions on Twitter.

TGRT channel attributed the hypothetical map to the American Stratfor Research Center, in its report entitled: "The CIA's shadow map of Turkey in 2050."

The map published by the Turkish "TGRT" channel showed the extension of Turkish influence by 2050 from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan in the east through Saudi Arabia and Egypt to Libya in the west.

It’s not able to access this map on the Stratfor website, while we found a copy of it in a 2009 book entitled "The Next Hundred Years", written by political researcher George Friedman, former head of the Stratfor Center.
