After being crowned Miss World 2025 at the recent ceremony held in Hyderabad India, all eyes are now on Thai beauty queen Opal Suchata. The question on everyone’s mind is whether she will follow in the footsteps of former Miss Worlds like Aishwarya Rai and Priyanka Chopra, who went on to become some of Bollywood’s brightest stars.

Could Opal Suchata Become a Bollywood Star?

The Miss World pageant has long been a platform to showcase beauty, talent, and confidence on a global stage. Over the years, many titleholders have successfully transitioned from the runway to the silver screen — especially in the Indian film industry, Bollywood.

In an interview with ANI News Agency, Opal Suchata expressed a strong desire to work in Bollywood if the opportunity arises. She stated:

> “I feel very happy and proud. It’s a great honor for me to bring the first Miss World crown to Thailand. I hope I’ve made my country proud. If I ever get the chance, I would absolutely love to act in Bollywood films — it’s a great opportunity.”

She also spoke warmly about her visit to India, saying that she looks forward to returning. She thanked the Telangana government for providing excellent accommodation and the opportunity to enjoy her time in the country. Opal said:

> “It’s been a wonderful experience. Since day one, everyone has been so kind. The people here are amazing. We visited many places, all of which were beautiful — from the infrastructure to the natural beauty. It’s truly great to be here, and I will definitely come back.”

She expressed her gratitude for all the arrangements made by the local authorities and added:

> “I want to thank the Telangana government and all the people here for giving us the best stay and letting us enjoy our time in your country.”

Whether or not Opal Suchata makes her Bollywood debut, her charisma, elegance, and global appeal already make her a name to watch — not just in pageantry, but possibly on the big screen soon.
