Samsung Unveils Exclusive “Cabubu Edition” Phones Inspired by Labubu Dolls

Luxury meets pop culture in the latest collaboration between Samsung and Caviar, the renowned custom luxury tech brand. In a bold and artistic move, Caviar has launched limited-edition versions of the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7, drawing inspiration from the globally popular Labubu dolls—the quirky monster elves created by Belgian designer Kasing Lung and sold exclusively by China’s Pop Mart.

Labubu Meets Luxury

The new series, titled “Cabubu Edition,” pays homage to the whimsical world of Labubu, beloved among collectors and celebrities like Rihanna and Dua Lipa. Caviar’s take on this cultural icon transforms Samsung’s latest foldable phones into rare collectible masterpieces.

Exquisite Craftsmanship & Cosmic Themes

Each device in the Cabubu Edition is crafted with a durable black titanium frame and features a custom backplate portraying cosmic scenes starring the Cabubu characters. The Galaxy Z Fold7 model showcases a Labubu figure exploring a Martian-like landscape, accentuated with deep red enamel, 24K gold inlays, and actual fragments of the Muonionalusta meteorite, which fell over a million years ago in Scandinavia.

Adding an extra celestial sparkle, the design also incorporates tiny diamonds to emulate twinkling stars.

Ultra-Limited Production

As with all Caviar releases, exclusivity is key. Only eight units of each phone model will be produced, echoing the significance of the number eight in Chinese culture as a symbol of prosperity and good fortune. These devices are more than smartphones—they’re artistic collector’s items, blending cutting-edge technology with luxurious design and storytelling.
