Dubai Municipality Wins “Country Winner” at the 2025 International Safety Awards

Dubai Municipality has added another prestigious accolade to its long list of achievements by securing the “Country Winner” title at the 2025 International Safety Awards presented by the British Safety Council. This global recognition places Dubai Municipality among the top 10 institutions worldwide and reinforces its position as a leader in occupational health and safety.

The International Safety Awards celebrate organizations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to health and safety practices. Dubai Municipality stood out among hundreds of global participants from the UK, Africa, Asia, India, Europe, and the Middle East for its integrated and proactive approach to workplace safety.

Dr. Naseem Mohammed Rafi, Acting CEO of the Environment, Health and Safety Foundation at Dubai Municipality, highlighted that the award reflects the organization’s steadfast dedication to fostering a sustainable preventive culture and implementing global best practices in risk management.
