Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis confirmed that his meeting with Egypt and Cyprus coincides with the violations of Turkey's leadership with its expansionist ambitions.
This came in his speech today, Wednesday, during a press conference at the conclusion of the tripartite summit between Egypt, Cyprus and Greece in Nicosia.
Mitsotakis added that Turkey poses dangers in the eastern Mediterranean, pointing out that Ankara's practices have led to problems within NATO. He explained that the Turkish-Libyan maritime agreement is illegal, noting that Ankara preferred the aggressive policy and provocations over the fruitful discussions. The Greek Prime Minister called on the European Union countries to stop selling arms to Turkey.
