 His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, visited yesterday the new regional headquarters of the international company "Wipro", which specializes in the field of Information technology and business consulting, at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre.

His Majesty Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum paid a visit to Wipro's new regional headquarters yesterday at One Central in the Dubai World Trade Center. Wipro is a global company that specialises in information technology and business consulting.

During the visit, His Highness was briefed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wipro, Rishad Premji, on the company's overall activities and fields in which it operates, as well as the company's business that is conducted through its regional center, which covers from Dubai its activities in a large geographical area, including Asia and the ocean. The Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, where the company operates about 30 thousand employees, and its annual revenues from that region are estimated at about $ 1.5 billion.

During the visit, His Highness received a briefing from Wipro's Chairman of the Board of Directors, Rishad Premji, on the company's overall operations and business lines, as well as the business that is conducted through its regional center, which includes from Dubai its operations in a wide geographic area, including Asia and the ocean.
