The UAE and Turkey sign agreements worth $50.7 billion

 The President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, witnessed, on Wednesday, the announcement of a joint agreement for a "high strategic committee" between the UAE and Turkey.

The two presidents witnessed the exchange of memorandums of understanding and agreements worth $50.7 billion, aimed at diversifying the areas of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, and expanding its horizons in order to achieve the aspirations of the two countries for sustainable economic growth and prosperity.

The UAE Minister of Investment, Mohammed Hassan Al-Suwaidi, and the Turkish Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan, exchanged memorandums of understanding and agreements during the ceremony that took place at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi.
