The UAE joins the world in celebrating “Teacher’s Day”

 

The United Arab Emirates joins the countries of the world in celebrating “International Teacher’s Day,” which falls on October 5th every year, to pay tribute to the role of teachers around the world, and to raise expressions of thanks and praise for the role of teachers in preparing the nation’s generations.

On the occasion of celebrating World Teachers’ Day, the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences expressed its deep appreciation and great respect for male and female teachers in the UAE and the rest of the world.

This is in recognition of the pioneering role they play in building the foundations of knowledge and guiding female and male students towards a bright future. Members of the Foundation's Board of Trustees explained that the educational initiatives it launches support teachers and contribute to enhancing the quality of education and encourage innovation and performance development.
