UAE President Honors U.S. Ambassador with Prestigious Award
In a remarkable gesture of appreciation, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, has awarded the Order of Zayed II, First Class to Her Excellency Martina Strong, the United States Ambassador to the UAE.
This prestigious honor was bestowed in recognition of Ambassador Strong's exceptional efforts and contributions during her diplomatic tenure, particularly in strengthening and advancing the strategic partnership between the UAE and the United States across various sectors.
The award was presented by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and Vice Chairman of the Cabinet, during a special meeting held in Abu Dhabi.
Sheikh Abdullah praised Ambassador Strong’s impactful role and expressed his best wishes for her continued success. In response, Ambassador Strong conveyed her sincere gratitude to the UAE President and reaffirmed the depth and importance of the UAE-U.S. relationship.
