 Lotus Living Relocates from London to Dubai, Launches First Residential Project in Dubai South

British real estate developer Lotus Living has officially announced the relocation of its operations from London to Dubai, marking a significant expansion into one of the world’s fastest-growing property markets.

With over 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 residential units developed in London, Lotus Living is bringing its expertise to the UAE. The company, in collaboration with Asco, has acquired a prime plot in Dubai South, where it plans to launch its very first residential community in the emirate.

Speaking on the milestone, Rajeev Nehru, CEO of Lotus Living, said:
