Saeed Al Hajri meets with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and holds a number of high-level meetings during a working visit to Tbilisi

His Excellency Saeed Al Hajeri, Minister of State, held bilateral meetings during his working visit to the Republic of Georgia with Her Excellency Makka Bochoreshvili, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, His Excellency Givi Mikadze, Minister of Education, Science and Youth, His Excellency Bata Salia, Minister of Justice, and Gennadi Arveladze, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development.

These meetings affirmed the strength and development of bilateral relations between the two countries, as both sides reviewed ways to enhance cooperation in areas of common interest, particularly in priority sectors such as the economy, infrastructure, business services, agriculture, energy, environmental protection and sustainability.

His Excellency Al Hajeri reiterated the UAE’s commitment to strengthening economic and investment partnerships with Georgia in a way that serves the common interests of the two friendly countries.

For their part, officials in the Republic of Georgia praised the development of bilateral relations, expressing their confidence that this visit and the accompanying meetings will contribute to strengthening cooperation in various areas of common interest.

His Excellency Al Hajeri’s visit witnessed high-level participation from officials from a number of government agencies and private sector representatives, including His Excellency Imran Sharaf, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Advanced Science and Technology, and representatives of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, XRG Abu Dhabi Ports, Etihad Rail, Dragon Oil, Salal Company, and Masdar.
