Justin Bieber Responds to Separation Rumors and Mental Health Concerns
Canadian singer Justin Bieber has decided to break his silence regarding recent rumors surrounding his relationship with his wife, model Hailey Bieber, his health and mental well-being, and accusations of substance abuse.
The "Baby" singer posted a lengthy message on his personal Instagram account, addressing what he described as "gossip" and lies about his life.
Justin began by saying:
"The feeling of guilt can be alleviated, how? Not by going to church or reading the Bible, but only by accepting that God has forgiven."
He continued:
"I'm treated badly here, but I remember that I am a flawed human, and God has forgiven me."
He added:
"This helps me stop feeling that I'm better than those who act harshly and hurtfully because when I'm honest with myself, I know that I, too, can be harsh and hurtful."
The Canadian artist denied ever being involved in spreading rumors online, stating:
"My natural reaction is: 'Oh my God, I would never spread rumors and lies about someone on the internet,' but the truth is, I do other things that I'm not proud of."
Despite ongoing reports about his separation from Hailey Bieber, Justin denied these rumors for the first time, clarifying that they are living through some of their best moments together.
Bieber suggested that the rumors surrounding their relationship over the past months stem from jealousy at their continued success together, saying:
"Honestly, if you were in my position, it would be hard for you not to feel jealous seeing me and Hailey living our crazy life like this."
He added:
"We are living in the prime of our success, and it’s natural that some find it hard to accept. I don’t blame them."
Justin compared his relationship with Hailey to the Jones family, describing it as "impossible to keep up with."
Earlier, Hailey Bieber had also addressed rumors about her marriage to Justin by posting a straightforward message on her Instagram account.
She wrote:
"For clarity, the stories and misleading posts I constantly see on TikTok are completely false... I know promoting these narratives might seem fun to some, but they are always false. Sorry to ruin the fun."
It’s worth mentioning that Justin’s recent public appearance at the Coachella Music Festival sparked controversy, especially after a video circulated on social media showing him allegedly smoking substances and appearing unsteady.
Several colleagues and past collaborators have expressed concern over his mental state, according to a recent report published in The Hollywood Reporter.
The report quoted songwriter Poo Bear — who collaborated with Bieber on songs like "Despacito," "Where Are Ü Now," and "What Do You Mean?" — saying:
"Whatever he’s going through, I pray for him and hope he's okay."
A former member of Bieber’s team added:
"Watching him fall apart like this… it’s like witnessing a person who no longer lives for his purpose. He’s lost. No one protects him because no one dares to say ‘no’ to him. Anyone who says 'no' is fired immediately."
However, a source close to Bieber downplayed these speculations, telling the magazine:
"Artists don't see the world the way you and I do. He's actually healthier — both physically and mentally — than any of us."
In response to the recent criticism, Justin Bieber shared a reflective message on his Instagram account, revealing aspects of his emotional and spiritual state.
His message read:
"I wake up every day thinking I might be too messed up for God to use me in this beautiful story of life. Yet, God uses me daily, with all my flaws, just as He uses you. Our lives matter, and God has a plan for us. Nothing can stop us from experiencing His good plans for our lives."
He continued:
"Today, I choose to allow God's love and grace to shape my day and give me a deeper perspective, instead of making my day an attempt to prove myself. Join me if you wish."
